Strengths: Agility and her quick wit. When in battle she turns into a completely different person. She calculates her opponent's weakness as fast as she can then goes for it. Her agility gives her the ability to fly better. Her agility coupled with her flexibility allows her to bend in ways you would think only water should.
Weaknesses: Physical strength isn't very high. Its normally used for black flips, round offs, jumps, etc.


Background
The only thing Yosei knew was the Cincinnati, Ohio orphanage. When she was 3 years old she was adopted by Monica Larken. Monica was an up in coming lawyer. Her love of justice and debating rubbed off on Yosei fast. Soon they moved Gotham City, where Monica became a successful criminal justice lawyer. Being the big time lawyer she was she eventually got to meet Batman, more than once. Assuming that Batman and Monica were working together to put all his henchmen away, Joker kidnapped Monica and Yosei. He tortured Monica in front of 7 year old Yosei for hours then killed her minutes before Batman came. Seeing the only mother she ever knew killed before her eyes cause her powers to awaken, which lead to her escape.
